Phyllis J. Widman has represented clients since 1999 in a broad range of matters, including vaccine injury claims, civil litigation. Her practice focuses on vaccine injury litigation, COVID-19 vaccine mandate employment matters, and civil litigation. Ms. Widman is also a Rule 1:40 qualified civil mediator in New Jersey and is committed to thorough, practical representation in complex cases.
Previously, she taught criminal procedure and constitutional law for four years at Rutgers University-Newark in the School of Criminal Justice. She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
